Seth Rosenfeld was a great attorney , at first i was a bit skeptical due to ill reviews but I addressed them with Mr Rosenfeld letting him know it had me a bit concerned and he did great at reassuring me on the topics. He helped us move stubborn tenants who were refusing to leave our household out in less than 90 days. I am 100% satisfied with my outcome hiring Mr Rosenfeld and would very much recommend when having tenant/owner conflicts. All the negative reviews definitely are a stretch and unreliable.
