I highly highly recommend Mr. Shafi Chowdhury. I had a little issues with my case that needed to be taken care in short time of period, and with all his help my case been taken care on time. He is very professional and honest about his work. He knows what he is doing and he takes his time to give the best advice about your case. He doesn’t care how much time it takes, he just willing to help and gives his best. I am very thankful to Mr. Shafi Chowdhury.

Well I have to give him 5 star he deserve it bcz I just recently got my green card and all the process had been done in 4 months. I was totally shocked. He’s not like other lawyers on our first day in his office we spoke almost 2 hours about our case. I believe any lawyer will never give you that much time to listen your story. He doesn’t take any decision right way and he will tell you do which is best for you. Trust me guys still I can’t blv this I got my green card that fast. Ms. Prestianni represented our children in our family court proceeding. We found her to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the law. She always had the time to return our calls and address our concerns.

We have found her to certainly be well meaning. That being said, she has an absolutely overwhelming caseload, and is very disorganized. It is difficult for her to stay on top of a case. This leads to her judgement being unpredictable, and unrelaible . SHe makes mistakes, doesn't remember accurate details about cases, and has a result makes decisons which are clearly not in the best intersts of the children she is sworn to protect. Decisions are made by her based on false assumptions , and she frequently casts suspicions on innocent parties, becasue she doesn't spend time reviewing information pertainent to the cases she is working on.
