I have the privilege of Scott Messenger to represent me in my removal proceedings and words can't express my gratitude to him. He's smart and knows the immigration laws extensively,very gentle and mild mannered as well. He's easy to communicate with and also listen to your concerns. Thanks Scott for your help with such a difficult case but you made it possible. Thanks to Scott I'm finally a permanent legal resident and will be filing my citizenship shortly.

Very happy with service. Didn't have to come in person, everything was completed on my end via telephone and email. All correspondence was efficent and accruate. Knocked my ticket from possible points to a hefty fine. I was more than happy with that.

The Service that I received from Randy Alpert is incredible, He resolved 2 traffic tickets I received in a situation that was not my fault. Highly recommend Randy Alpert and his firm to handle any Traffic Ticketing issue. His pricing was very fair and the service he provided me exceeded my expectations. All phone calls and emails were answered in a timely manner. In my case I was hoping to plea down a use of electronic device ticket to a minor infraction where I pay a fine and not get a ton of points on my license. Instead Mr. Alpert was able to get my ticket dismissed. And to top it off I can now apply to the state for a $40.00 refund. This guy is the real deal!!!

Randy is always good & now that he has staff he is better

He is a life saver !! Period .. when it comes to dealing with traffic violations - of all types including speeding , school zone issues , etc. he will take care of you. He will make the infraction drop to a non moving violation with no points ... practically every time. & at times even make it go away! - and that is what you want & where it counts. This has been consistent for the past 6 - 7 years that I have required his services. He is very attentive, understanding, non judgmental, & very efficient. Lastly, he is very reasonable when you consider what the alternative could be.
