She is the worst. Ms. Morales was assigned to our case by the court to represent the interests of my child. The child’s father does not live it this country, in fact he never did, he’s not allowed in the states. My daughter never seen him in person, he never helped financially either. Despite that he hired attorney from over seas wanting the state to send him my child. When his attorney withdrew her representation on basis that the father does not want to continue to fight for custody, the case shoul’ve been over. However, Ms. Morales insisted on “conducting investigation” if the father was properly served (did I mention he had an attorney who showed up on his behalf?). Then she would drill me on what time I take my walks with the child etc trying to frame me that I prevented communication between the child and the father. But she never asked if I get any financial support from the father. Despite the father being absent from my child’s life for 6-11 months at a time she contacted the him trying to trick him into filling a petition again by slandering me. She claimed that I am depressed (she never had me evaluated) and not capable of taking care of a child. She told him that she is preparing to take the child away and that she has 7 families waiting for a white child. She had zero basis to say that or do anything of that sort. The case that should’ve ended 11 months into it, stretched for 2 years causing me tons of stress and thousands of dollars. If she is appointed to your case do everything possible to change her. She is on her own agenda and does not have the best interest for the child.

Does not represent the wishes of my children. Tries to force them to not say and say things that they do not want to. Children are scared to say anything to her in fear of retaliation. Does not inform them of their rights. Dismisses all comments by children that do not support her position, and exaggerates and makes up comments to support hers. Takes words purposefully out of context at her whim. "Forgot" to write order and "mistakingly" entered deadline date. Attempts to pass off hearsay as evidence. Does everything possible to delay matters, like asking for maximum number of extensions for appeals.
