I hired Yandy Rayes to write up a SN Trust for my mother. Yandy explained every step of the process. He even made sure to clarify exactly what an SN Trust was as well as the type of SN Trust we needed. He was very clear and spoke in a way that was understandable. He always asked if I understood everything and if I had any questions. When I did have questions he broke things down in a way so I could have a better understanding and then asked again if I understood or had more questions. He was available to answer any concerns or questions. He also kept in touch to let us know what was going on along way which a lot of lawyers don’t do In my experience. Yandy is very knowledgeable about Trusts. He is also someone I felt I could trust to guide us in the right direction and never made us feel like he was after our money like some lawyers do. He really cared! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to make a trust. Also, he’s a nice person and he is very professional but also relatable and makes you feel comfortable speaking to him and treats you with respect.
