Amazing and efficient lawyer! Gets you the most he can and is very professional! Would definitely recommend!

I needed help on how I should move forward when I my assault case. I called for free consultation and literally he was so freaking rude over the phone. He asked me in a rude tone “what does he want me to do?, he can’t arrest anybody or sue anyone”. And if I was the one who messaged him with the long email. Is that how you speak to somebody who needs help? If you couldn’t help then just tell me you can’t. Just because your a lawyer doesn’t mean that you have to belittle someone who needs help.

I highly recommend Michael Dreishpoon and his staff (Jeremy & Samantha) for you legal needs that are in his purview. Unlike many other attorneys he will not sugarcoat things. He will present the situation as is and get straight to the point. He is available to chat anytime of the day any time of the week. I personally would recommend him to anyone in my family or friends if they ever require legal assistance.

In the past I have dealt with another attorney for a similar case and it took me a long time (10 years to be exact) and Michael was able to get my settlements in about a year. He is attentive to my needs and does something most lawyers don’t care to do which is to care and follow-up on progress. He is a no nonsense type of guy and I like that. I was facing a battery of felony charges, ranging from class B to E, as well as a class A misdemeanor, that may have resulted in significant prison time, with mandatory minimums. The Queens Legal Aid (public defender) had deemed my situation "shocking". I had been unable to sleep for more than 3 hours every 4th day and my eyes were perpetually sandy due to conjunctivitis. Despite my severe disorientation, Michael was able to gather all relative information to support my defense. My friends & family suggested I attempt to tackle my case using the public defender, which, despite their best intentions, would have resulted in 6 or more court appearances and possible felony convictions. Thanks to Michael’s efforts, my case was dismissed at the 1st judicial conference following my arraignment. His consultation and support following the case allowed me to move forward with life with newfound confidence that my old life will not come back to haunt me again. I wish I could say I would use his services again, however my situation was hopefully, a once-in-a-lifetime ordeal. Amazing law office. I was involved in a rear ended collision. Let me start by saying they are extremely professional and friendly. Michael, Sam and everyone that assisted in my case explained every little thing in this process with details and with patience. They are organized, reminding me before every appointment. Checking on me to make sure I am good and following with my doctors. Michael really handled my situation in the best way, would recommend him in a heartbeat!
