I was 'unjustly' given a summons , yeah everybody is innocent , right ? But I was , and I heard about Isaac Abraham on 1010 WINS AM radio. Called them. Followed their detailed instructions in 03/2016 and I just received an email from Isaac Abraham announcing that the summons has been dismissed. I am ecstatic. My experience with Isaac Abraham was very easy. Speaking entirely based on my encounter with this service, I would recommend Isaac Abraham to anybody in a similar circumstance.

No-nonsense, straight to the point and very professional, these are the words I would use to describe the office of Law Offices of Isaac Abraham. After driving for 27 years, I received my first moving violation (speeding ticket). When I received the ticket, I wasn’t sure how to approach the situation, my initial intuition was to treat it as a parking ticket. After much though, I decided to do some research online. Apparently pleading guilty to a speeding ticket is a bad idea. I found the Law Offices of Isaac Abraham online, and mostly dealt with their general manager (Ms. Mazal Shamayev), Mazal was responsive to my phone calls and emails and always available to answer questions. She was knowledgeable, understanding, straight forward, but more importantly she was honest about my case, and I appreciated that. To be honest, I wasn’t to positive about my case because the police officer used a traditional radar or laser gun. In conversation with Mazal and in consultation with other cops it is very difficult to win a case when they get you with a radar gun. On April 13, 2018 I received the following message: It is our pleasure to inform you that we were able to dismiss the above-mentioned violation. No points will be added to your driving record and no fees were assigned in relations to this summons. I don’t know how Abraham fought my case, I wasn’t there, he appeared in court on my behalf, but he got my case dismissed and for that I am grateful. I would strongly recommend the Law Offices of Isaac Abraham to anyone who has outstanding violations who is looking for representation. I could not be happier with the service and the outcome. I would like to also thank Sherly Herrera who is also part of the office staff she is extremely efficient and professional.
