He resolved my case rather quickly and got me a fair settlement. He also was available anytime i called to answer my questions and keep me posted on the status of my case.Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking an attorney.

I can truthfully affirm from my personal experiences with Mr. Michael Dreishpoon and his team that he will review your circumstances – immediate and long term to best benefit you. Without going into too much detail, I contacted Mr. Dreishpoon on two different occasions. The first time was when my car was rear-ended. I called and spoke to him. He asked we meet at his office. After our meeting, I felt convinced that I had chosen a knowledgeable and confident lawyer. He absolutely represented my case in the best possible way to get all that I was legally entitled to and more. My case was handled in a smooth, fast, and professional manner; and he was able to attain from the insurance company of the person that rear-ended my car to fully cover all of my medical treatments, repair my car – plu$ more. The second time was when I made a left on a two-way street, and my car was hit by another driver coming on the opposite direction to the route I was heading. Please note that my insurance put me 100% at fault. Everyone I spoke to said that I was out of luck and that I would not find a lawyer to represent me. But, exclusive of all details when I spoke to Mr. Dreishpoon he did mention that it would be very challenging, but he will do his best. Final results, he was able to get the other driver’s insurance to pay for all my medical bills (surgeries, medication, etc.), cover for my time off from work (six months) – plu$ more. My son (56) got caught at JFK at security with a belt buckle that the authorities said was a weapon.
