I was in need of a lawyer after my car accident after searching and searching online for a lawyer I decided to listen to the reviews and go with Michael Dreishpoon and I am so glad I did he is so honest doesn’t play around ! Every one needs Michael as his lawyer cause he is constantly communicating with you on your case giving you updates my case as about a 1.5 year but time went by so fast with him. my experience with him and his whole team Samantha, Jeremy,David Is 100/10 Samantha is the best So sweet ! If Michael is busy she will help you as much as she can but she would always answer every single one of my questions I’m not one to write much reviews but having Michael Dreishpoon was one of my best decisions I’ve made i really hopes this helps someone.

Transparent and trustworthy attorney. I used Michael's services for the 2nd time with a recent incident that occurred. We came to terms on a fee and I paid in full. Michael didn't have to spend much time on my case as the situation resolved itself. To my surprise, I received a phone call from Michael stating that he owes me a refund as he did not have to input much time with my case. I've dealt and worked with several different attorneys throughout my life and I know none of the other lawyers would have called me to tell me they owe me a refund. Michael Dreighspoon! What an amazing lawyer ! I got arrested for a gun that was not mine . I appointed my gf to help find me a lawyer and she came forward with Michael. I met with him in the bookings and he was straight forward on my charges and the time I could be facing. As soon as he walked in the court room the judge greeted him with respect! From then on I knew I was in good hands. I was released on my own recognizance. We fought the case for 5 months and it was dismissed! Michaels pricing isn’t the cheapest but there’s no price on freedom!

My sister and I were in need of legal representation when we came across Michael Dreishpoon. After communicating with Mr. Dreishpoon over the phone, we then scheduled a time the next morning to meet with him only to be spoken to like we were incompetent the entire time. For over an hour, he spent majority of the time explaining the definitions of legal terms to us like “indictments” or “trial”, offering us bananas for terms we knew already/ “remembered” and wasted lots of time making sly remarks about the spelling of my sister’s name because it is spelled with an apostrophe. After we finally had a chance to start discussing the circumstances about our case with him in depth, he made it clear he would not be able to attend 2 very important upcoming court dates, one of which he said he would be out of the state skiing. None of this was expressed the day when he and my sister spoke about what we needed him for and when the subject was brought up, he brushed it over saying we would “cross that bridge when the time comes” as if he couldn’t care less to properly address that with us at the moment. He advised that he would have an associate cover for him on the days he could not attend but he never offered for us to meet the associate who would cover those days at any point. Before providing us with the contract or stipulating what the contract entails even a little, he immediately demanded us to give him the retainer fee then passed me the document and told me to read it. After confirming the amount, my sister and I had to go to the ATM to get the other half of the retainer and when we got back to the suite, he was on his way out the door. We told him we wanted to go over the contract and his response was “You have 2 options: either pay me now and walk the two blocks with me to the court so you could ask your questions on the way or come back after I’m done.” I then asked him if he provided receipts when a retainer is paid and he said yes but still insisted that we pay BEFORE going over the contract. It was clear we had the money, especially at that point, so I couldn’t understand why he was so adamant about being paid at the door, on his way out before discussing or acknowledging our questions regarding the contract. Before we could even say we would come back later, he then said “Alright sorry it didn’t work out for you ladies. Good luck to you both.” I couldn’t have imagined any experience worse than that one.
