My experience using Mr. Nivins legal service was PHENOMENAL! From the moment we first spoke I knew he was the right lawyer for my case. He was very knowledgeable in family court law and made me feel confident everything was going to be okay. I explained to him what my goal was for the case and he accomplished this goal swiftly. I'm so happy at how everything worked out for me thanks to him! I would highly recommend his office to anyone seeking legal services in family court. Hired Mr. Fistel in the traffic court in Queens, he adjourned my case for me based on the judge. His office sent me paperwork and the credit card receipt within the week. They called me before the next date, informed me I didn't have to attend and asked me to call back one to two days after hearing date, I did as told ( I admit I had to call twice to get through) and was informed my ticket was dismissed. It was a 5 point violation so I was very happy to hear it was dismissed , I would and have recommended Mr. Fistel several times since.

Joseph Nivin represented me on a matter. He handled the case very professionally and his representation resulted in a great result for my family.

Just as all reviews say. He doesn't show up for court dates. Takes money but no results. They have no idea what they are doing. Staff is just as bad and extremely rude.

I USED TO USE THIS GUY SERVICES A FEW YEARS AGO HE USED TO CHARGE 50 % AT FRONT AND THE REST AT THE END.BUT LATELY HE ASK YOU FOR ALL THE MONEY AT FRONT. AND HE ALREADY LOST MY COUSIN'CASE AND ALSO MINE.I ALMOST GOT MY LICENSE SUSPENDED BE VERY CAREFUL AND PUT YOUR COMPLAINT TO THE RIGHT AUTHORITIES

mr nivins assisted me with a family court case. Mr nivins explains everything that is going on in the case good and bad. Mr nivin thoroughly handles all paper work and court appearances in a timely maner. Mr. nivin will call or text if something comes up. He never sits back and waits. He gets things done. i appreciate all he and his office has done to assist me and my family. he is the greatest family court attorney.

I have used and recommended to many friends and family the services of Mr. Fistel and he has never let us down. He and his staff are attentive and diligent with trying to get the best results possible. Nothing is ever a "sure thing" however this lawyer gives 100% dedication to his clients. That's all you can ask for from any lawyer. Plus his prices are beyond reasonable.

Stay away from this man. He will take your money and provide you with nothing. I am his victim, my licenses almost suspended. I fond out by mail. He took my money and did n't even bother to keep me posted on my case. If you are a recent victim, please file compliant against him with NYS bar association to prevent other from the same path.

After realizing this "lawyer" missed the first court date, WHICH SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE, I was constantly calling (a week before the dead line) to see if they rescheduled. I spoke to assistant Lope and another female which told me not to worry that they were going to take care of it, also making it aware to me when the dead line was. So I'm checking to see a week later, after columbus day, and guess what MY LICENSE IS SUSPENDED! So this "lawyer" is a irresponsible, unreliable, and unethical. Don't bother wasting your money relying on this guy, you end up paying double!. I work in the automotive industry, also know several yellow and gypsy cab companies/ drivers, i'll make sure to spread the word.
