Ariel Poltielov - Excellent Lawyer Ariel is hands down the best lawyer I ever employed. He handled my case professionally from beginning to end, and walked me through every step of the way. He is kind, compassionate and courteous, never being judgmental about your financial situation. There are lots of lawyers out there...but very few who actually care about their clients. Stan in the Hosuing department changed the trajectory in my life and has served a vital role in my journey. I received a section 8 voucher back in 2023 and could not manage it on my own. His expertise and connections swooped in and got me a really nice place. Having Stan in my corner is great because I don’t have much family. He a a valuable resource at queens defenders! Far beyond what you can imagine. To this day When I reach out to Stan he is still very much involved and continues to support me in the housing field. I highly recommend Randy Alpert if you get a traffic violation. I do not live in New York any longer and was given a speeding ticket with a rent a car when visiting during COVID. As I was out of state I needed a competent and communicative attorney to handle the case. There were 4 years of rescheduled hearings due to the pandemic but Randy successfully got my 8 point ticket dismissed. I could not have asked for more. Thank you Randy and Team. Awesome work !!!

The Queens Defenders (and particularly) Stan Khaldarov really stands for the people they help. I know because I am one of those people. Stan helped me get on track to live my best life. I reside in a luxury building with top-level amenities (including a private pool, grill areas, gyms, and tennis courts in our backyard) BECAUSE OF STAN. He helped me move into an amazing area that is affluent, safe, and beautiful. "They can't deny you--besides you're awesome. They'll appreciate you for sure!" I am paraphrasing but the support was clear and much appreciated. He ensured I knew and understood my rights throughout the process and he even provided emotional support when I was feeling overwhelmed. He stayed in constant communication and ensured that I attended my viewing and was treated with dignity and respect. Stan was there to support me through every step and I know I could NOT have gotten this blessing without him. I am forever grateful I met him!

I was referred to the office of Queens defenders seeking help for housing placement, I wasn't sure if they could help so I decided to give them a chance & spoke with Mr A .Rossel I told him what Borough I was interested in & the next day I received a text message from a realtor that Mr A Rossel works with asking me to meet up with him to view a few apartments, mind you I' had been searching for months & nothing, so upon meeting with this realtor I viewed 3 apartments & finally chose the one I'm currently residing in , I had no faith in getting help from any one due to the racial injustice of the housing market today but his office came thru for me & for this I will forever be grateful for the office of Queens defenders along with Mr A Rossel he was there step by step calling + texting me giving updates about communications between his office & the buildings management office ,if I ever had to repeat an apartment search again I will definitely call upon Queens defenders office to help me with this journey thank you to every one that helped. Stan in the Housing department was incredibly helpful in not only finding a place but also facilitating all of the communication and paperwork involved.

Lawyer expects an answer from us within a day, but cannot answer within 4 days (even with a simple follow up). This is plain disrespectful. Next time, save yourself comments on how fast people's answer need to be if you cannot follow through with the same. And this comes from a 2 week wait from a previous contact.

Stan was such a big help when it came to helping me find the perfect home for me he was attentive always a call or text away and he knew exactly what he was doing i literally was in my new place with in 3 weeks i had no clue that it would be so fast Stan knows exactly what he’s doing if you are looking for a home for you and your family please hit up Stan for help he is the best at this.
