Worse than useless. My case was handed off to a legal assistant until I went for my hearing. The lawyer who showed up did nothing to aid my case. When I asked a question of him about a point of law, he said "I don't tell you how to do your job, don't tell me how to do mine." The judge threw out the IME statement and just made an arbitrary ruling without any relation to my degree of injury and my "lawyer" was fine with it - as long as they got their cut. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

From the day I walked into this firm I was very impressed the process was explained to me very clearly by Erica. Then my case got referred to Corina who is very professional courteous and dedicated. And the lawyers that handled my case in a very professional and in a timely matter. I was kept well informed and my questions were answered very promptly and accurately. I want to share my incredible experiences that I had with a paralegal that has been working on my case. Her name is Joselyne P. Cardoso. I've never experienced a more effective and caring para like her before. I have been unable to get my carrier to supply me with the items needed for a surgery that went horribly wrong. I had my complete cervical spine repaired that left me unable to swallow and I was sent home on oxygen. I am reliant on a feeding tube to take all my meds and nutrition. I can't eat or drink anything. I was down to a day left of food nutrition and could not get the carrier or supply company to give me the nutrition containers that I need to live. It was getting desperate since the carrier had sent the wrong nutrition supplies in the first place. I was literally starving to death. I was weak and unable to fight for anything. Joselyne got multiple parties to get the correct nutrition to me the very following day. She also worked on many other things that they refused to do and supply. Joselyne again got things moving in no time. I would have never gotten home safely if it wasn't for the extensive amount of work and fighting that Joselyne did. I would have been sent home without the necessary equipment I need to live. I can't believe anyone could make things happen as effectively and caring for me like I'm one of her own. She is a soft spoken kind hearted person, but she must act like a pit bull on attack mode when she deals with parties that don't want to do what they are supposed to be doing. She made the insurance company act immediately even though they have a 10 day time frame to give a determination of coverage. I have no idea how she does it but it gets done and makes you feel like she's fighting for her own family. She's extremely responsive and never forgets to take care of small intricacies. The small things are important and vastly improve my life under the circumstances. She is the brains, muscle and backbone of the operation. She's simply outstanding and I can't speak highly enough about her. I'm extremely grateful for all the hard work and results she accomplished for me. The best lawyers have the best supporting staff. I've been fortunate to have had very effective counsel. Lawyers like Barbara Tilker, Kevin Walsh Matt Funk, Rob Stanton and even Corina Jimenez the office manager have all treated me like family and have gotten results I never would have gotten at any other firm. Thank you team Pasternak, Tilker, Ziegler, Walsh, Stanton and Romano. They are the only firm to go to when you get hurt on the job. Don't settle for less, p you will be sorry. If you hire other firms you won't have the best and the best supporting staff of paralegals like Joselyne P. Cardoso. The para that gets things done that others couldn't even keep track of.
