Chantel was professional courteous and very polite. She calmly answered questions without being flustered. A true asset to the firm. Kudos to her training dept. She demonstrated what true customer service should really be!
Because unfortunately other companies have either poorly trained representatives or none at all and nowhere close to being professional. We need more Chantels please! Truly a pleasure to work with.
