I hired Prizant Immigration Law to file my U-Visa case. And although is almost took 4 years for the government to review it, it was finally approved. I am very grateful to this lawyer because she was able to get us an approval after we were denied for the same case but with different lawyer.

Svetlana put together my H1B petition, I was selected and there was no request for an RFE, extremely thankful and how easily this was approved as I have worked with another attorney on my previous H1B and it was denied just because the attorney did not prepare the petition properly.

Hi, this attorney helped me apply for green card with my old perm case, she was able to show I had 245i and I did not have to go home for consular processing. Good lawyer and very easy to talk to.

I used this immigration lawyer to help me file for Green Card through marriage, we applied in February and had interview in May. My Green Card was approved at the interview. This law office is very diligent with paperwork, they asked me and my wife for a lot of documents, but filed my case quickly and were able to move up my interview date so i can go to visit my sick father back home. Svetlana also always answered all my calls and all the questions. I can highly recommend Prizant law as one of the best immigration law office in queens.
