Great lawyer and law firm. Got my green card .

Staff member at 2053 Flatbush Ave., was very rude, abrasive, disrespectful and presumptuous. After sitting waiting for about 25 minutes, for the man at the desk to finish a call telling another client disappointing news, I was greeted with attitude. He told me I didn't have a workers comp case against a major Delivery company. I have torn ligaments, arthritis amongst a list of other things wrong with my knee. If having surgery to repair the damage isn't proof enough, and this ridiculous man is the face they choose to represent them, then I'll glady take my problems elsewhere. First impression is everything, and based on that experience, I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. No need for you to try to complain about his behavior or schedule an appointment at another location seeking professionalism from this lawfirm. He seems to be in cahoots with the receptionist at the main number, so your concerns will definitely fall upon deaf ears.

Mariana , has been such a blessing to me . She became my paralegal in 2015 . I never regretted the first phone call and correspondence received. Mariana is always compassionate.courteous and knowledgeable. With each interaction we have she still always makes me feel as though I am her only client. I just signed up today by recommendation. My interviewer was professional, friendly, and gave attention to detail on the procedures of how they work with the clients. All my questions and concerns were answered..I feel confident in my switch to Pasternack Tilker.. well that's all I can write for now.. will write a review when it's time to bring this case to a close..

Marianna has been the most helpful in my experience of using this firm. Attentive, professional & makes it worth my time in dealing with PTZWS&R. In my opinion, she deserves a raise. This rating is for her alone. I will not rate the rest of the firm as that is a vastly different story......
