I hired Ms. Montalto to represent me in my divorce where custody of my three year old daughter was going to be litigated. She protected my child and me from my ex husband's bullying attorney and truly saved the day. In the end, custody was not tried but settled and that is thanks to Ms. Montalto. Highly recommended.

Danielle was extremely helpful in guiding me through a difficult and emotional time. She advised me every step of the way and fully supported my decisions. She always kept her cool when needed, but always got her point across when faced with opposition. She is a lady, but not one to be messed with.
