The Lawyers are excellent, the paralegal that I had was difficult, they helped me a lot and I regret having changed Lawyers, I was in the worst moment of my life, very hurt. I wasn't an easy customer at the time either, they wanted to do their job and I just wanted OSHA to know what happened to me. I'm just saying in these situations it is not a good idea to be emotional, but after seeing how your life is falling apart and the fear of the future paralyzes you, it is good to have an empathetic paralegal.

Excellent service

In a civil case, apparently he allowed my default to be taken (missed court deadline) and then did nothing to vacate the default (or fix the oversight error). In an estate administration, he essentially accomplished nothing for about two years.

Amazing attorney. Danielle is very knowledgeable & makes sure her clients are well taken care of. She is very patient as is her staff. Would recommend to anyone & everyone.

I've been working with this firm on my Worker’s Compensation case since April of 2023. While you work mostly with the Paralegal, the Lawyers handling your case will call when you need to talk them beyond the scope of the Paralegal. Aaliyah was the first Paralegal that worked with me, she was pleasant, she kept me abreast and always answer my questions but she is no longer with firm so now there is a new Paralegal Justin whose working with me now & he seems to be very nice & so far helpful. I had one bad run in with a Paralegal whose I forgot but her supervisor was there, she listened & helped to resolve my concern. This firm has a few departments to help with other legal needs as well. I do recommend firm Pasternack,Tilker,Ziegler Walsh, Stanton & Romano.
