The firm handled my petition for my mother to become a permanent resident. I was mostly happy with the work they did, but no one showed up for the interview. Luckily it was pretty straightforward so we had no problems. They took care of the paperwork, which made it much easier for me. It was money well spent.

I highly recommend the Law Offices of Raymond Cash. I had a tenant who was not paying rent. They appeared in court for me in Westchester, and convinced my tenant to vacate in a short while. Although the tenant could not pay all of the rent due, they convince him to sign a judgment for the money and a judgment in possession. I am a landlord in Queens. The Law Office of Raymond Cash persuaded my tenant to pay over $6,000.00 in rental arrears and the tenant vacated one month later. Mr. Cash promised me that he would do everything in his power to persuade the tenant to preserve the good credit rating by paying and vacating peacefully. He kept my legal fees down and i managed to re-rent my apartment soon after. Mr. Cash gives his phone number to every client and takes phone calls 7 days a week. The staff was courteous and helpful at all times. I have dealt with other landlord tenant law firms in the past and have never had such quick and inexpensive results. This Law office is crooked. they quick to get your money, but as far as results, they suck. they are not proffesional, they are rude and uncoorperative. i have an on going case for the past 4 years and now the lawyer won't even answer my calls. my plan is simply to sue them. i woud not recommend this law firm not even to my worst hated enemy.
