I highly recommend Randy S. Alpert for all your legal needs. He is a seasoned attorney who is attentive, patient and extremely knowledgeable. You only have to call him once and the claim is in action. I am so glad that I used him to settle a traffic problem. He is a can do attorney. Again, I highly recommend!!!

The best lawyer I've used for a moving violation - mind you it was a ticket for having my cell phone on speaker phone. I called the law office after only googling for a good lawyer, and they made the process so incredibly seamless. I paid via phone - and the rest was handled. I received email follow ups regularly in regards to the status of my ticket and pending court date- and it was all taken care of for me. I never had to step foot in court, if I called/emailed the office I would get a response immediately, and lastly my ticket was dismissed!!! Randy is the most efficient lawyer I've hired, I can't thank him enough for getting me out of 5 points. Highly recommend to all!!!

Randy S. Alpert came highly recommend by my co-worker. Needless to say I was not dissapointed. He helped me avoid a 5 point ticket which would have reeked havoc on my insurance. If you need a lawyer, go with one that is seasoned. Randy, knows how to deal with the system, which if you try to do yourself will be a nightmare. He is a professional. I would definitely use him again. If you have a toothache you go to a Dentist. If you have a moving violation, you go to Randy!

Mr. Alpert is a really good attorney. His fees for representing me in portable electronic device violation (5 points) is the lowest around. His professionalism exceeded my expectations. He got my ticket dismissed and my $40 bond refunded. While I was shopping for attorneys to represent me, he was the only one to ask for an affidavit and have me give him a detailed account of the circumstances that involved my ticket. I did not need to show up to court while other attorneys only asked for their fees to represent me with no suggestion of asking me for an affidavit. He is fair and honest!

Would highly recommend using Mr. Alpert. I was recommended him by a family friend. His staff members are very friendly and always responded in a timely manner to my emails or answered when I called. I got a ticket for trying to be responsible and drive someone’s car since they were in no condition to be operating a vehicle and unfortunately got rear ended by another person on the road. I was so stressed and worried about the situation because I was completely unaware of the circumstances or that driving an uninsured vehicle could get my license suspended even if it wasn’t my car! Mr. Alpert made me feel a lot better about the situation and seemed like a genuine person. In the end he got my ticket dismissed and my bond refunded.

Mr. Alpert is definitely serious business. He will let you know from the moment you explain your issue to him, what he can and cannot do for you. I had five summonses and traffic tickets, very serious ones which all carried 3-4 points each and he dismissed three while the other two were simply dropped to a violation with no points.
