Jason did my uncle's estate. It was so complicated the lawyers we went to couldn't figure out what to do. He took our case and was able to get our family the money we deserved.

I Called Jason one day from out of state with a New York estate problem. Not only was this attorney patient and nice to me, he stayed on the phone until all of my questions were answered. Nobody, and I mean nobody does this anymore. He did not even charge me. He told me I did not need an attorney and instructed me on how to solve this problem on my own. 10 stars for Jason W Stern

I was recently diagnosed with cancer... my son has special needs and I was unsure how to setup a way for him to receive my life's earnings when I was gone. I thankfully am in remission and will be here for many more years for my son. Jason was able to setup a payment infrastructure and will to make sure he's taken care of in case something ever were to happen to me.

Before drafting an expensive trust you probably won’t need talk to these attorneys. After being told by several other lawyers how we needed to form a trust Jason and Matt explained to us why we did not need one. They saved our family money and we thank them for that. Reputable attorneys that will level with you that I will recommend to anyone.

Our family retained Jason Stern when our uncle died leaving behind a fraudulent will. A stranger had him sign the document while he was in the hospital dying of brain cancer. Even though it was drafted by an atterney this firm was able to overturn it and expose the will as a fraud. I cannot begin to tell you what they did for our family to get us justice.

My sisters and I hired Jason after a family member ran off with our grandmother’s entire estate. We all live out of state, and once we realized what happened, we needed to find someone to represent our interests quickly. We are very happy we found Jason. Jason Stern is a great attorney and I highly recommend this law firm. Living out of state made dealing with my mom's estate a bit daunting but Jason was very responsive and supportive. We had a problem with the will and an expired notary stamp and Jason was able to jump through hoops to get me appointed as executrix. I'm glad I found him.
