A friend of mine referred me and always told me of this firms high degree of professionalism. I decided to call for my mother as she was recently involved in an accident and had questions. A young lady, Nalia, picked up my call and quite honestly had no idea how to assist me, she had me on hold for a long time to “further assist” me and comes back to speak with me and was not giving me her undivided attention! The unbelievable lack of respect and professionalism was incredible. I will not be calling back.

This law firm is great as far as their care for the client. Especially if it is a no fault case, they try to get you as much money as they can. However, they were not the greatest at keeping me updated with stages of my case (it took about a year and a half to have my case settled). They would go long periods of time without communicating with me and I would sometimes have to call them first to ask for any updates or additional information. Overall, the service was pretty good.
