The first person I spoke with was Michelle. She was kind soft spoken and very concerned about the way that I were feeling and wanted to help in every way thank you Michelle and the clerk Anthony he was very helpful also very professional thank you Anthony. Attorney was excellent he explained to me my option and said this will be the best one for me he was patient very kind and I just want to say I appreciate them all. Never anyone available ... have no idea what’s going on with my case... every time I call nobody is available to speak with me .. whoever picks up the calls leaves voicemails for the attending paralegal and I never hear a word back .. I am so fed up

Try to get in touch with them, about your case. You call you leave a message, the message says, we will call you in 24 hours. They never call back. I am sorry I didn't use Polsky and associates. They are much more aggressive in trying to win for you, and they always call you back. Within the hour.
