I hired Michael A. Arbeit Attorney at Law for a speeding ticket I got in Freeport ny. I was so worried about getting points on my clean drivers license. I emailed him the Sunday afternoon and in no time he called me back . He calmed me down and talk me through the process.Best decision I ever made!!! Within 2 weeks it was all over with no points on my license. He is the guy if you ever get a ticket.Call him!!!!

Attorney Michael is awesome. He is very helpful. When I met Attorney Michael, I could feel he would help me, and he did. He checked all the documents and was willing to help me and he informed me he was available 24/7 - and he was. Whenever I contacted him, anytime, any day, weekdays (even after typical work hours), even on weekends, he would respond. He would advise me on what I needed to do. After I received notification for a scheduled court date, I received another notification for jury duty for the same day. As I obviously could not be at 2 places at the same time, Attorney Michael went there to courthouse without me to help me deal with my situation; and get the case adjourned to another date. He took care of my case and even reminded me about the scheduled court date/time the day before. When the actual day came, there was another guy he was helping too, and Attorney Michael was very helpful to both of us. I didn't know that guy, but you could tell this is how Attorney Michael does to people he works with. He really worked out my case; advised me on what to do - from start to end of the case. As you know, having a case is very uncomfortable to anyone, but Attorney Michael would take time to explain to make sure that I understand my case, and for me to know what best option for me is. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal help/advice. He is also very friendly. Thanks Attorney Michael for all your help/guidance. If you need help with criminal defense and traffic violation related matters, he can help you. He simply knows what to do, and what is best for you.

Mike was amazing. I had 7 tickets and my license was suspended at the time. Mike guided me through fixing my license and getting most of my tickets dismissed or knocked down for a GREAT price! My son was in big trouble for graffiti on a school building. I messaged Mr. Arbeit in the evening through his website. I thought I would be hearing back the following day. To my surprise, I received a phone call 30 minutes later. All my concerns and questions were answered. Mr. Arbeit never took one dime from me. He provided me with his cell phone number and reassured me that I could contact him whenever I needed. He walked me through my son's arrest and what to expect. He walked me through family court and probation. Every step of the way he advised me on the procedures and what to do. He answered every text within 15 minutes. In addition to the arrest, court, and probation, he assisted me with the school suspension. Mr. Arbeit was there for me during this difficult time while my son made a terrible mistake and I never paid a dime because we avoided seeing a judge and we avoided a superintendent hearing. I could not write enough good things about this attorney.
