There are many attorneys who over promise and under deliver. I was a defendant in an L&T matter, where there was little hope for a favorable resolution. Not only did Mr. Rajiv Syed quell my fears after the 1st consultation but he delivered a more than favorable outcome in a timely and stress free manner. Stellar service and highly recommended. Double thumbs up.

Rajiv was ok. While the outcome of my case was somewhat beneficial, I felt pushed towards the outcome and left thinking there could have been much more. In the end, we didn't go to trial and I should have received money back from my retainer payment. I never did. It was clear Rajiv had no interest in helping me in a trial, and so I felt strong-armed during our day at the court into a mediocre settlement. Hea gave me his personal number and said to contact him if something ever came up. I have tried multiple times through both email and phone to contact him again and he simply refuses to respond. If you're looking for.a very trustworthy partner that you can build a relationship with, I would move along. This was a mediocre one and done experience.
