Rajiv is amazing. I had a tenant case days before a holiday and had trouble finding a lawyer. He was nice enough to take my case and made sure I was fully prepared. He was very knowledgeable and sharp. Needless to say, with his help, we won our case. I can’t stress enough how humble, decent and empathetic he is. Worst experience. They do not know how to calculate credit on closing disclosure. They plug numbers without thinking and understanding simple logic, not to mention accounting. DO NOT hire this firm if you don't want to be fooled. Thanks to my accounting knowledge, I was able to get my money right. I sent back CD for correction several times. If not for me, I would have been fooled for over 16K!!! Be aware - stay away from this "law firm".

The best lawyer in New York , as a real estate agent I know many lawyers personally , Mr Rutman is the best lawyer !! My case was complicated , other lawyer wouldn’t even take my case ! But after Mr Rutman heard my case he decided to help me !!!! he was always on top of it ,follow up with me , he remembers everything details I mention about the case !
