I highly recommend Natalie Markfeld Law. They are highly professional and highly competent. Their fees are also reasonable. They return calls and emails promptly and courteously. I can't say enough nice things about them. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

My observations and experiences are based on a case against a tenant who has missed rent going back 5 years. First red flag was in the draft letter shown for notice of non-payment had the tenant's name misspelled. Correspondence and communication were abysmal and the other negative reviews that cite similar experiences are quite accurate to mine. On the court dates I was present to get more information on the case and dispute possible forged signatures on receipts. Most of the information I gave the lawyer was in one ear and out the other. During the sessions, the tenant often lied – with the attorney often just sitting silently with no rebuttal. Any sort of information given during the session (which I already provided outside of it) was met with extreme agitation from the attorney. He had the nerve to yell and reprimand me like a child out in the hallway for even speaking to him during the sessions! You would’ve thought he was an attorney appointed by the state to defend you from death row by his attitude rather than a hired one to earn you justice. He has no composure or professionalism and was very ill prepared. I can't imagine having a worse attorney than this. Stay away.

I will recommend Natalie Markfeld to anyone seeking an attorney. She is very knowledgeable, professional and takes her time helping you understand the steps moving forward while keeping you sane.
