Ms. Markfeld is an outstanding attorney. I was fortunate enough to have been referred to her after going nowhere with my case for almost four years. Once Ms. Markfeld got on board, I immediately felt a change of pace and with that, a peace of mind. Throughout working with her, I have continued to be impressed with her knowledge, communication, response time, assertiveness and tenacity. She's very effective while maintaining her integrity. I’ve come across enough attorneys that had compromised their code of conduct or “Lawyers code” just to try to get ahead. Ms. Markfeld helped me gain sole custody of my daughter after a seven and a half year long battle. If she hadn’t came aboard when she did, I was likely to lose whatever rights I previously had. As a father fighting for custody of his daughter, I felt it almost impossible to be awarded full custody.I have Ms. Markfeld to thank for making it possible. Natalie represented me over the past year in my custody battle for my three children. From the very beginning of the case, Natalie advocated and protected our best interests, pivoting my prior decisions into what lead to my victory- Legal custody and rights to relocate to a different state! With the help of Mrs. Natalie Markfeld I gained primary custody of my son. The past two years of my life has brought me much pain and suffering. However, my faith, family, friends and my defending counsel, Mrs. Natalie Markfeld were a source of encouragement for me. Dr. Martin Luther king Jnr, spoke of the redemptive quality of unearned suffering and I must say I was redeemed. Ms. Markfeld had a renewed sense of purpose as my lawyer and it really took a mountain off my back and has allowed me to regain that sense of enthusiasm that I had coming all the way from my formative years in high school through to University. At one point in the case, Mr. Michael Ganci stepped in as well during Ms. Markfeld’s absence and he too is an an amazing lawyer,once you speak to him you can automatically feel you're in safe hands because he really knows what he's talking about. I am so blessed to have found Ms. Markfeld, her paralegal Rikki and Mellissa were extremely sweet and both are incredibly professional. They are always on time, always answered quickly via emails( I sent a lot). Natalie was everything I needed in a lawyer after witnessing others in court having an awful experience with other lawyers especially as a male fighting for your child Mrs. Markfeld winning my case has averted a bad situation that could have resulted in a dedicated father losing his only child. Natalie is the worst lawyer I have ever retained in my life. She never gave me her cellphone number and when I called the office she was always unavailable and took over a week to get back to me. She told Me to call her and let her know how my first visit with my daughter went and then charged me for that very phone call at the end of the case..... she offerd to do things for me such as filing for custody and I thought she was being nice until I got the bill at the end and realized she charged me for things that I initially wanted to do myself until she offerd to do them instead. She is very sneaky so watch out for her slick tactics.On top of all that she put The wrong name on the custody petition and when my daughters mothers lawyer asked about it she said “well I guess we screwed up “ that’s when I realized I screwed up in hiring her. I would never recommend Natalie to any one she claimed it took 45 minutes to draft a document and charged me $280 for something that my daughters mothers lawyer did in 10 minutes she will take her sweet time with everything because she charges by the hour. Worst lawyer I have ever dealt with in my life.
