In New York there is a lot of talk about tenants but not about everything that we people who receive people who only come to cause us harm and not pay rent for more than a year have to go through. Went Rajiv for tenant -landlord consult. He was truthful but what i did not like was that he asked to get feedback on a consult right before I left. I personally believe that once service is met/ or not met , a review can take place. On that note, i can not put a feedback until I see something. I do not like to be told or asked to provide a good review for anyone because it makes me feel that they are only after that.
