Called and asked about the “Initial free consultation” as mentioned on the website. Whoever answered the phone seemed bothered that I wanted a free consultation and asked for my number “in case we get disconnected”, which I gave her. Wouldn’t ya know we got disconnected as soon as she put me on hold? Of course I got no call back.

Natalie Markfeld represented me in my Family Court matter and she did an amazing job. Don't let her size fool you she is very aggressive and outspoken in the court room and will get what you want or very close too. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to win or a positive outcome. Her knowledge and skills will definitely benefit anyone willing to put in work of their own and be prepared for any obstacles along the way. If you don't believe be make an appointment for a consultation you won't regret it. Good luck, never give up, and fight for what you want sincerely K.B. Would of gotten 5 stars, but I didn't like I was never given a heads up the 1 or 2 times my lawyer couldn't make it, but the replacement those times was just as great.

Update: I was very much a client. I still have the paperwork that I signed and the receipts from the thousands of dollars I spent. But nice try. I had come to this firm with a custody case and they made what was already a painful experience even more painful and heartbreaking. They basically gave my case to other side. I had paid them thousands of dollars and they were not representing me at all and because of this I feel like I've lost my child whom I have taken care of since she was born. When I contacted the head of the firm to speak with her, she had no empathy and didn't care at all. As long as they got my money they didn't care which way the case went and that is how I felt. And even till now, I am still trying to fix all they have done, and am suffering even more pain and hardship because of their lack of empathy and non-caring attitudes. Please if you truly need help with your case, proper representation and not a firm that isn't just money-hungry and unapologetic about it, go elsewhere.
