If I could give 10 stars, I would. James is the gold standard when it comes to attorneys. He's kind, caring, professional, and goes above and beyond. He helped me and my husband settle a dispute with our co-op board. He advocated for us, kept us informed throughout the process, and ultimately resolved the issue. Honestly don't know what we would have done without him. I can say this with 100% certainty - hire James for your legal needs. You won't find anyone else like him.

I can’t write enough good things about James. He was my closing real estate attorney recently and everything went exceedingly well because of him. James was tremendous in helping me to successfully close on a piece of real estate. He's knowledgeable in his field; personable & friendly; and apparently has strong negotiation skills, as he got the Seller's lawyers to lower some costs. Furthermore, his fees are fair and he will go the Extra distance at the end/closing to ensure that there are no loose ends that could adversely affect his client. I would recommend James and will probably use his services again.

In early December 2023, I had an issue with my previous attorney which was substantially impacting my closing. Before James, I had a closing date scheduled, but due to my prior attorney's actions, it was canceled and I immediately had to secure a new attorney. I was introduced to James by Michael Miguel from EXP realty, but for me the clock was ticking. My original closing date was 12/14 which was canceled. After switching attorneys, James had to quickly get up to speed and ensure that I could close the following week on 12/21/23. Not closing by 12/21 was not an option. James quickly mobilized the title team, worked with the buyers attorney, made sure all of the closing paperwork was in order and on 12/21/23 I successfully closed and sold my house. Without James's expertise and fire to get the job done, I may not have been able to do this, but he got it done! I cannot thank James and his team enough for working so quickly in a murky situation for me to not only close but to close accurately without any mistakes. Thank you!

Relax! You came to the right place and found a great attorney, James Franzetti. If you are apprehensive like I was when finding an attorney, just give James a call you will be amazed at least I was. I have decades of bad experiences with attorneys, as well as ,my family and friends. Finding a good attorney is very, very difficult, yes even for me. I found James reading all of his amazing reviews online. They were what I was looking for in an attorney but with the bad experiences I had with other attorneys I was skeptical. If you ever hired an attorney you will understand unless you were fortunate enough to find a good one. What I look for in an attorney ; James met all these requirements on my wish list and more: 1- Gets the job done. James gets the job done! Goes above and beyond does extra work most other attorneys won’t. 2- Return phone calls. If you ever hired an attorney you know this is a common problem. JAMES RETURNS CALLS! He even returned a call when he was on vacation in another country! Come on what other attorney would do that ? He has a direct Hotline cellphone You can text him also If he’s busy he will get back to you shortly in a reasonable timeframe 3- Easily accessible James was easily accessible either via phone call , text or meeting by appointment . He always got back to me 4. Information A lot of us don’t know what to do or know how the system works. This is very important people want to be informed. James will devote the time to explain everything to you. He will stand by your side take you through the steps and answer any question you may have. He is Humble easy to talk to, patient I felt like I was talking to a friend not an attorney. 4- Fees More than reasonable fees -I did not get charged any extra fees, no surprises or charged for each phone call Maybe I should not say this but I was surprised his fees were that low. You get more than what you pay for with James! And there’s more I could go on and on. Relax call James he’s like calling a friend
