James represented me in the sale of my co-op apartment. James is very understanding and easy to reach which made the process feel very smooth. The previous attorney that handled the purchase of my apartment had neglected to file a form which caused some minor issues on the day of the closing but James was able to effectively sort out the problem from the closing table and we were able to close.
