My experience was the same as the first reviewers. Daniel spent 6 months BSing me about why my case was not moving forward. The truth was that he was sitting on it like a big, lazy chicken trying to hatch a egg. The day after I dumped him, I hired a great law firm who is filing against insurance company next week. In a second case, Hirschel actually blew my case by letting the other side know what my strategy was, and then disappearing from the scene without executing it. The insurance company had three months to correct their mistakes. No more case. Sadly, I lost my house waiting for these big settlements that this lazy mofo had promised me. DO NOT CALL THIS LOSER.
