I have never found myself in need of a lawyer. After my car accident, i started doing research.I tried some of those tv commercial lawfirms but quickly realized how badly at customer service they are. Waited up to an hour just to speak to someone on the phone, and all of them stated my case was not worth it to them. Other law firms told me i had no case at all. Till i came across this law firm. The dedication Mark and Erica had to my accident case was incredible. They explain the entire process from start to finish! Every step of the way, i was well informed. The entire staff in the office is very friendly and informative, especially Lexi! Virtually no wait times on the phones if i had to call in for questions. They are always available! I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my case! When others said it was not worth it, they took my case and fought for me. If you ever need a lawyer, this is your law firm! Rude law firm . They had me on hold for numerous minutes and then the secretary had a nasty attitude . If this is the way you treat future clients then can’t imagine how you would treat them after they get the retainer fee . Taking my workers comp case to another law firm .
