After being taken advantage of by three attorneys in trying to help my son, I was referred to Sari Friedman. She quickly understood the situation & took charge in representing me & my son. Sari is tough, aggressive & very much knowledgeable & has a team behind her that is the same. They do not play games, they answer every e-mail & call & still represent me to this day. I only wish I met Sari & her team sooner.

I worked with James Joseph and his team in 2011 - 2012. I found James to be easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable and professional. James listened carefully, gave sound advice, and came up with workable solutions. The matter was resolved to all parties’ satisfaction in an expeditious, fair and respectful manner. James conducted himself at all times with the highest integrity and professionalism, was always pleasant and up beat, kept all parties calm and on track and made a difficult situation easier for everyone. I used James for my divorce five years ago. Since then he has always been available to respond to questions regarding my settlement. He has been quick to respond and follow-up with me. I can say that this is the worst law firm any one has ever heard of.I am now in the process of suing them for incompetence.Aida Ferrera and Bruce Barkett are not just incompetent but the administrator of the firm is a crook. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM FOR ANY PURPOSE AT ALL OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. They made so many mistakes on my case and their behavior was so completely unproffessional that I have to sue them now

Overall I was very satisfied with how Sari represented me in my divorce case. She quickly understood the situation and what was needed and pushed forward intelligently and strategically. She was always available when needed - there have been many times when I exchanged a flurry of emails with her late at night or on weekends to resolve an issue quickly. And her billing for all time was very reasonable and appropriate. I always reviewed bills against my notes and they were always as expected, or even a little less than I anticipated sometimes. Sari is an aggressive lawyer. She's tough, but cordial - certainly not warm and fuzzy, but that's not what I need from a lawyer. The only time we disagreed was frankly when I wanted to go easier on my ex than she recommended. But I'd rather have that than someone who is not constantly fighting for her client. My ex complained at one point that I outspent him in legal fees, but my understanding is that in fact he spent more than I did. I'm very happy with the outcome of my case and would definitely recommend Sari.
