I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Barchak from the Barnes Firm after my mother was seriously injured in a fall. I can’t thank him enough for always making himself available to Mom and for being so responsive to our questions. I have a good understanding of how slowly a case may seem to be moving and tried to temper Mom’s (occasional) impatience. I let her know that I was very confident in his ability and very impressed by the speed at which he kept things moving. At 82 time is always a factor, so I appreciated all of his efforts and was very pleased by the outcome. Would highly recommend Mike and the Barnes Firm.

I was on workers comp for almost 2 and a half years and schwartzapfel lawyers helped me out when I had no idea what I was doing. They handled all of my paper work and directed me to what I was doing and made sure I got paid when I wasn't. Hopefully I won't but If I ever do I will definitely be using them again and letting anyone I know who needs a lawyer to use Schwartzapfel lawyers.. Lyle was especially lovely to work with he was so nice and understanding and explained the things I didn't know, he was reassuring and always there to answer my phone call.
