Dealing with Rob was a wonderful experience. He was direct, efficient and kept me updated throughout the process. He had a clear understanding of the details of the case as well as my circumstances. He was always available, took all of my calls, returned texts and emails in a timely manner. Of course, he was the legal expert, but I was never made to feel like my opinion(s) or idea(s) didn't matter. I was hesitant about dealing with such a large firm, but Rob made me feel like I was his only client. I believe that someone with less skill, confidence and experience would not have gotten the kind of outcome that we did. I would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation or reservations.
