I had the pleasure of working with Sari during my divorce case in 1996. With three children to care for, I was very unsure about the next steps I needed to take. Thankfully, Sari and her team were by my side the entire time. She was able to answer all of my questions, honestly and thoroughly. She kept me very informed, regarding the status of my case, and went above and beyond to set my mind at ease.
It was without hesitation that I recommended her to my own daughter when she needed help with her own divorce. These matters are unnerving, and overwhelming. It helps to have someone on your side that handles you with care and compassion. I will continue to recommend Sari to all of my friends and family.

They made me feel like family and made me feel they really cared about my case. Divorces aren't easy and having good representation is important. If you need advice, see Friedman & Friedman, Attorneys at Law.

Ms. Andrea Friedman represented me earlier this year in a proceeding to enforce provisions in the separation agreement incorporated in my divorce decree. She was excellent. My only regret is that she did not represent me in my divorce proceeding.

Cannot recommend Scott Gross highly enough. He was very professional throughout the entire process and came through with everything he said he would. Most importantly, he was always available for my questions (big or small) and never made me feel as if I was a bother to him. He was clearly very busy, but I always felt I was getting his full attention and his best efforts. I can assure you that is not always the case with attorneys. I would certainly use his firm again in the future.

I would highly recommend Scott Gross for legal counsel. I recently used him to resolve a consumer complaint. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and supportive throughout the whole process. In addition, he worked swiftly to provide the outcome I was looking for. If I ever need any other legal help I know I will definitely reach out to Scott again.

Scott's tireless work ethic, intelligence, drive, patience, and clear headed thinking are unparalleled. He is aggressive - successfully representing his clients without being a jerk like so many other lawyers. Scott is responsive 24/7 and he truly cares about his clients. My case is not easy, crossing over multiple courts and aspects of the law, and honestly I would probably be a high maintenance client anyway. Scott always listens to me with respect, even when I'm not at my best, and keeps himself, and me, focused on what is truly relevant to the success of my case.
We met for the first time at 9:30 pm, just 12 hours before I had to be in court. I owe him a great deal of gratitude for the success of that court date especially given the very short lead time. Beyond my appreciation for his success that day, I truly appreciate the way he managed my expectations. He was successful in getting what I wanted that day and I went in knowing that even if it didn't happen that day, it would happen at a subsequent court date. As someone who is also in a client service business, I realize that managing expectations can be a hard part of the job and doing well at it is the mark of a true professional. The last six months have been infinitely easier knowing I have Scott and his team on my side.

I was recently charged for speeding, running a red light, and DWI. My future and reputation was at a tremendous risk. This all changed when I was referred to Scott Gross by a good family friend. From the moment I met Scott, I felt such a great deal of comfort. He was beyond compassionate and personable, which instantly gave me the confidence to stand on my feet again. I knew I was in the best of hands. Scott put in 110% from the second I met him all the way through until the very end, and because of him, I was acquitted on all three of my charges, NOT GUILTY across the board! I now have a clean slate and a new appreciated outlook on life and my future, and I owe it all to Scott Gross!

I was recently arrested for driving while intoxicated. I contacted Scott Gross who was referred to me by a friend. He came to court on a Saturday and was extremely helpful in this arduous ordeal. The judges and court staff knew Mr Gross and Mr Gross got my case dismissed. I highly recommend him, he is extremely professional, cares about his clients and was always reachable.

After working in the field of law for over 12 years as a paralegal, I retained Scott Gross as counsel to represent me in a very bitter ongoing custody dispute with my ex concerning my daughter. Not only did Scott fight for my rights, but he has got to be one of the most loyal, and caring attorneys, I have ever witnessed. I had an uphill battle at the start of my case but with my drive to fight for the best interest of my child, and with Scott's expertise by my side, I can gladly say that I couldn't have done it without him. Not only is he a great lawyer all around, but his loyalty was one that I admire and respect the most. He would tell me the truth about anything (even if it was something I did not want to hear) and would lay out all possible outcomes to every situation that could arise during my case. He was not one of the typical "shark" attorneys who tell you what you want to hear, just to get billable time and money in their pocket. His expertise is one that I praise, and I can gladly walk into court proudly stating that I am represented by Scott Gross, Esq. I now have custody back of my daughter and I couldn't have done it without him. Though my dispute is still ongoing, he makes himself readily available to me if I ever need him. He stops at nothing to make sure that the law is accurately applied to the situation at hand. Scott, I thank you for bringing me back my child and I know that I can count on you when any situation should ever arise during this battle. I have the upmost respect for you as an attorney and will highly recommend you to anyone the needs proper and, most of all, loyal representation.

In 2011, Barket represented me in a criminal case. After being in correspondence with the FBI, Barket advised me to come back from Singapore to meet with the FBI. He GAVE the FBI and Homeland Security my flight details. Needless to say, I was met at the airport by 30-40 armed federal agents with no Barket in sight. At the bail hearing, Barket was incredibly bad not only not advocating for my release, but actually arguing the Governments case. Needless to say, I was never given bail althoug Barket told me he has had mafia captains with prior records given bail. His fees were astronomical and he extorted my fiance into signing a retainer agreement without my knowledge. He once came into prison complaining about his former partner, Rick Quadrino, and how he needed to make his "nut" of at least $1mm to cover rebuilding his house, getting his kids through private school and of course his country club. He left Quadrino exactly at the time of my trial for my life and was always distant. He rarely visted me in prison. At time of my trial, he brought in Kevin Kearon to prepare me for testimony. Kearon had stolen money from a different case years earlier, and I had met him in the courthouse one day and screamed at him what a scumbag he was. So, Barket brings him in to see me, and Kearon tells me he is not there for me, but at Barket's request. Then he drops a bomb and states that the day I yelled at him, he filed a complaint. Barket wouldn't advocate for me when I needed health care for a ruptured achilles and cancerous growth on my finger, and actually requested to the AUSA and jail that they put me in isolation for suicide watch. He extorted me into agreeing to a plea in which the Government was free to argue for higher prison time anyway. I would have been sentenced to federal guidelines even if I had went to trail. So, he outright lied. At a private prison, GEO in Queens, I did time with a young man who was there for 2.5 years without being sentenced!!! Barket wouldn't even visit him. My advice from firsthand knowledge. Stay as far away from Barket, and stay further away from Kearon unless you like being broke and going to prison for a long time.
