Sardar Asadullah (SMA Law Office) is an absolutely refreshing take on being a lawyer. He was and is highly recommended and he didn't disappoint. No other attorney will give you this level of communication and response in real time. We were buying our first home and didn't know anything. He explained the contract and process in detail. Even when I disagreed with an approach from my laymen perspective, he provided the pros, cons and necessary guidance. Very reasonably priced as well. He helped us close on our first house and he can help you as well! CORRUPT!!!!!!!!!!! All I’m going to say is she was representing us and started working With the other party. The charges we put on the other party were dropped without our consent. Which leads us to believe this has been going on throughout the entire case.

Mr. Asadullah was our attorney when we purchased our first home and he was very easy to work with! From email corresponding until the closing date he explained and went through step by step on each documents during signing. And I also have to say that his legal team Humaira and Maryam was always available to answer any questions we had and fully explained every aspect of the process of purchasing a home. They also continued to support and help through emails after the purchase with any questions and concerns. If you are in the need for a real estate attorney, use Sardar M.
