Schwartzapfel Lawyers- Christina and Jana were professional and responsive during the initial stages of my case. Their team provided clear communication and seemed organized in handling my claim. However, I was disappointed with their approach when my case faced challenges. Despite video evidence that shows partial liability, they did not push back aggressively against the insurance company’s denial of any liability at all. Instead, they seemed to lean toward accepting the insurer’s interpretation, which I felt could have been challenged. This experience left me feeling unsupported, especially since the other driver was clearly at fault for failing to yield. While they may excel in straightforward personal injury cases, I would not recommend them for cases requiring assertive representation as they may not be willing to fight contested liability.
