After the tragic death of our daughter, we contacted Desiree Fusco to redo our wills, health care proxies and Power of Attorneys. She went far beyond providing the legal services that we required. She was not only very professional but also caring, compassionate and sympathetic while helping us get through this very difficult process. We couldn't be more pleased with our dealings with her.

Desiree became my family attorney in 2011. She drafted DNR's for my parents, POA's, will's and trusts for my family. She saw me through difficult, complicated and emotional times, when my brother, and both parents past away. Her advice in the transitions of the estates, was greatly needed and appreciated.
She has set up will's and helped me in future estate planning, for my immediate family.
She and her firm, are my attorneys for my family's lifetime.
Hard working and compassionate, I highly recommend her.

I hired Desiree to handle the legal matters regarding by late brothers estate. She has been very speedy in responding to my many questions. Her staff has been helpful and very kind dealing with this situation. I would recommend Desiree highly.

Desiree Fusco prepared our wills, power of attorney, living wills and health care proxys. She explained the process very clearly, then prepared the documents quickly. Everything was in order and she made it all very easy. She and her staff are very easy going & very nice.

Ms Fusco was consulted and then retained to assist my elderly father in the preparation of estate planning documents including Last Will & Testament, Health Proxy and Living Will. She was very thorough and detailed, and explained the legal nuances in plain easy-to-understand language. Her rates were fair and reasonable.

Tried to resolve an estate issue with family member that I had no business trying to do. Almost got to the point where I had no good choices left. Once we resolved initial issues, she was able to resolve the matter to my satisfaction. Should have gotten to her sooner.

Mrs. Frusco has always given our family honest and thorough advise when we needed it . She is compassionate and understanding . She goes over every detail and leaves nothing out . Mrs. Frusco makes sure you understand everything that is taking place. Always ready to answer our questions.
