We needed a lawyer to help with our Aunts estate which was a mess.
There was nothing in her will that would be protected and an irrevocable trust. Aunt Mary is 95 so sometimes explaining concepts or ideas takes a while and lots of patience. Well that’s exactly what you get with Desiree.
She is patient, very competent and professional. We put together two trusts and put everything in there making it so simple when Aunt Mary passes. I would recommend her to anyone as you won’t be disappointed in any way. Kudos Desiree and thank you.

After the tragic death of our daughter, we contacted Desiree Fusco to redo our wills, health care proxies and Power of Attorneys. She went far beyond providing the legal services that we required. Desiree became my family attorney in 2011. She drafted DNR's for my parents, POA's, will's and trusts for my family. She saw me through difficult, complicated and emotional times, when my brother, and both parents past away. Her advice in the transitions of the estates, was greatly needed and appreciated.
She has set up will's and helped me in future estate planning, for my immediate family.
She and her firm, are my attorneys for my family's lifetime.

Ms Fusco was consulted and then retained to assist my elderly father in the preparation of estate planning documents including Last Will & Testament, Health Proxy and Living Will. She was very thorough and detailed, and explained the legal nuances in plain easy-to-understand language. Her rates were fair and reasonable.

Tried to resolve an estate issue with family member that I had no business trying to do. Almost got to the point where I had no good choices left. Once we resolved initial issues, she was able to resolve the matter to my satisfaction. Should have gotten to her sooner.
