Awesome company! Great people and wonderful staff. I was in a car accident a while back and didn't know what to do so a friend of mine recommended Sackstein Sackstein & Lee,LLP. I had never been in an accident before and thankfully one of their paralegals, Jenn Saborio (whom I will never forget!), was my liaison who guided me step by step through the entire process, from setting appointments, making sure i was provided rides to and from my medical visits and therapies. Great Person! When it was all said and done, I was awarded a hefty sum of money which was payed through check. Problem was, I couldn't cash the check due to the large amount so I called my attorneys and Mr. Sackstein himself came down to the bank and was able to take care of that for me, Personally! All and all, I've recommended my attorneys to a bunch of friends and family and i will continue to do so. Amazing company and amazing staff! Eric Lee from the firm has been really great and helpful! He is very knowledgeable and has kept us informed every step of the way. He turned a very messy situation into a solution and could not be happier with their service. I would definitely recommend the firm to everyone I know.

I was living in New York at the time of my accident and they just settled my case. I had a wonderful experience with the firm. They were very honest and returned my phone calls promptly. I would recommend them to all of my friends and associates. If you are ever in a car accident this is the firm for you!

Their services are top notch. Eric Lee took on my case two years after the accident and was able to quickly settle all medical expenses that the insurance company kept messing around with. He was also able to settle the case within a year of take the case. I also had to use Eric Lee's services again regarding another accident. He made this second case incredibly easy and stress free for me. He also had this case settle VERY quickly too. I highly recommend their services. Eric Lee is charismatic and inspires confidence.

I just wanted to take some time to describe the excellent experience I had with this firm. This was my first time being involved in a car accident so I really appreciated the fact that my attorney and paralegal were always available to explain the process to me. To be honest, I didn't fully know what was covered under my own insurance policy, but was pleasantly surprised to find out I could be reimbursed for things such as mileage for travel to and from my doctor's office. This firm really went above and beyond for me and made the duration of my case hassle free. The only thing I had to do was focus on treating and getting well and they took care of everything else like dealing with insurance companies and handling all of the paperwork. From firsthand experience I know that the staff is friendly and the attorneys are knowledgeable and very experienced. They know your name, they know your case, and they take care of you. I would definitely use their services again in the future myself and would also highly recommend them to anyone I know.

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. A HORRIBLE CHOICE OF A LAWYER THAT I MADE..that quite honestly really has me mad angry fustrated and upset. I could actually of made the money I deserved bc of the accident I was involved in but now instead I am left with not a dollar in any kind of settlement or reimbursement. They do NOT work hard to win your case..they half assed everything and put no effort into my case. I am so discusted because I deserved much better than what I got. Because of terrible lawyers and a horrible no effort job I am left with nothing. I actually lost money dealing with them. Lost wages from work going back and forth to there office for NO reason..back and forth to doctors for NO reason.I lost out big time. If you want a lawyer who cares about you and works hard for you to win your case I suggest you stay far away from this firm.

My experience with this firm has been wonderful. They have treated with lots of respect and professionalism. I currently have two active cases going and there is never a problem with explanations or court dates or answering any questions I have. We had an excellent experience with their law firm. Each attorney took time to clearly communicate the process and answer any questions we had at anytime. They always picked up the phone and always had answers to our questions immediately. Having an elderly parent involved in a car accident is stressful. Taking them to rehab after surgery is very challenging. The Sackstein Law Firm was very supportive, compassionate and knowledgeable and provided expert advice for my mother. We hope we are never involved in an accident again but we would 100% advise anyone who needs a law firm for personal injury to use Sackstein, Sackstein and Lee.
