This attorney was hired for legal services for an estate matter, and failed to file necessary papers and motions. Failed to properly appear at required hearings/court dates. Statements for balances due were sent monthly with no itemized billing provided despite written, emailed and verbal requests. He, staff and another attorney assigned to the case were unprofessional and rude on numerous occasions.
