For a Father who has been through Five Attorneys and twice Pro-Se, I believe my review and recommendation about Andrea Scampoli says a lot. I was going through a Tumultuous divorce and custody battle for 7 years before I met Andrea. The divorce process is an extremely stressful and overwhelming experience trying to find the right Attorney. Unfortunately, If you do not have the right one from the get go, things get worse. They all tell you what you want to hear, such as; I know the Judge in your case, I don’t lose custody cases, we need to get you your kid, but it takes time and we have to crawl before you walk. They all give you false hope. Not Andrea. Andrea was my 5th and Final Attorney. She represented me with dignity and respect and was sensitive to my situation and my daughter. she always called me back and/or responded to e-mails. She does not waste your time or money. She is extremely experienced in the court room and does not put up with any BS. She gets the job done. With all that said, Andrea got me 50% custody within 5 months. She was so good that after the divorce and settlement my ex took off and my daughter has been living with me for 18 months now. When my case was over, I had a balance left from my retainer. Within a couple of days, I received a check for the entire balance She is the only Attorney you will need. Guaranteed! Last thing, The review that was given by Stephanie is not Andrea

Andrea has been my Attorney and from day one I felt as though I was working with a friend. She tries to understand your concerns and does not want to inflate your bill. I have heard horror stories regarding this and Andrea tries to help and save you money in the process. I highly recommend her to anyone needing representation.

First, I’d like to say a BIG thank you to Mr.Kapoor and his amazing team, to Edward Gunning, for helping me to get my green card! Actually as I am writing this review I am visiting my family out of USA, without Mr. Kapoor I wouldn’t be able to give a hug to my mom and my grandma. I thought my case was hopeless and I was lost in all the immigration details, but he walked me through all the steps, suggested the right way to obtain the green card, and as a result - I’ve got it! Mr. Kapoor is very knowledgeable in all little details of the immigration system, he is also a very honest and compassionate man, because the immigration proses is very stressful and it’s very important when your lawyer ALWAYS finds time for his client and ready to answer any questions. I greatly appreciate their help and would highly recommend Mr.Kapoor and his team for any immigration cases.

Went to her for a consult and i saw right away that this was a money hungry woman who didn’t have my best interest or my children’s best interest in mind , she only cares about how much money she would squeeze out of me . The consult was horrible and I saw that she had no desire to settle or make this easy for my family . She cares about just making money at any cost .
