From the receptionist to the counsel that provided the consultation everyone was extremely professional, courteous and seemingly compassionate. Sometimes I become doubtful of the direct humanity has taken with regards to decency amongst thy neighbor. Then I have these sort of interactions that restores my faith. Of special note Mr. levy and Mr. Fellin are amazing.
