Michael represented me in a case I had after getting hit by a car as a pedestrian in Pensacola, FL. It ended up being a fairly complicated (and drawn out) case, because the accident was out of state, but Michael was at every stage of the settlement process clear, transparent, and responsive. There was never a question he couldn’t answer (and never a medical bill he didn’t pay!). But more than anything, he was genuinely compassionate and understanding - exactly the type of person you want on your side after a traumatic experience - very highly recommend him.

I met Mike Devito in 2006 and he's has not only been my lawyer since but, has become a part of my family. My mother, sister's and friends always come to him for all injury cases.
