Does not return calls lack of communication

Mike is very supportive and gives appropriate advice relative to the matter. So far I've always received favorable outcomes.

I agree with Dana. My friend has been sitting in Rikers Island for 3 months. My friend has called Mr Hardy’s office to speak with him and he …is selective of who to call back. Mr Hardy has never called him back. I even called myself and asked him if he could please contact my friend to let him know what’s going on and he very-much blew me off. Told me he would schedule a video visit with my friend, never happened. Then when my friend make contact, told my friend I never called Mr Hardy. Lies! Lies, Lizza Manelly. Bad business. Do not waste your time. He will only take your money and run and he will never return your phone call or do what he says he’s going to. Update 2/13/23 friend is still in Rikers. Everyone defaults to “get in contact with your lawyer.” Well what do you do if your lawyer ducks dodges bobs and weaves your phones calls ?

Excellent service. Professional and easy to deal with. Handled a mess and saved me a trip to that godawful traffic court.

I had a stop sign violation ticket which might cause 3 points to my record. Michael Alpert toke care of that for me quickly and lower the violation to a zero point jay crossing. He is professional, efficient. I especially appreciate very much his immediate response when you contact him. Recommend.

Michael did amazing for me! I had 4 violations. One was reduced to a parking ticket and the other 3 were dismissed! Great attorney!

Disrespectful and doesn't do his job at all. Don't waste your time. As he just waste probably now over a year of time to not showing up to court, doesn't answer phone calls, doesn't return phone calls, doesn't talk to clients or Visit you in jail to talk about case. ***Mr Glen hardy please call me as we tried several times to get in contact with you and I see you read you reviews so yes your client has been calling for a month and a half already.
