I hired Mr. Fink twice to represent me in Personal Injury cases. The first case was a slip and fall accident- it involved many defendants. The second case was when I was hit by a car. This case involved the defendant insurance company and my insurance company In both cases Mr. Fink worked tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for me. He did a thorough research and had great knowledge and understanding of the medical conditions that were related to the accidents. He “navigates” with ease the complex court systems and procedures. Mr. Fink always cared about my health following the accidents and each of the conversations we had started with “How to you feel today?” He was very easy to reach and always answered my questions. When speaking with him you get the feeling that he deeply cares for you. Both cases ended with a settlement before getting to court. Mr. Fink brilliantly negotiated with the defendant’s attorneys and reached settlements that I was very happy with. I strongly recommend Mr. Fink if you need an attorney to represent you at a Personal Injury case.

my husband went to the hospital with pain in his chest and back, and the hospital sent him home with muscle relaxant. He passed away 2 days later of an aortic aneurism. I was referred to Steven Fink. Steven took my case and helped me win a settlement for 4.4million dollars.

Back in 2007 I received poor medical care do to a heart operation. While I was in a medically induced coma my husband got ahold of Steven Fink. He and his team worked very efficiently on my case. They guided me along as it was very difficult being I moved many states away. Helped with doctor care thru the workers comp insurance. Never once did they leave me hanging .
