I hired Jay Raxenberg for post divorce litigation. I wish he was my attorney for my actual divorce! Jay is not only an excellent, competent attorney he is also understanding and compassionate. Hiring Jay was the best legal decision I've ever made. He helped me formulate an incredible strategy to settle our divorce fairly and laid out clear tactics to get there. His compassionate demeanor, excellent communication, skillful wielding of the law and patient manner got me an outcome that I consider highly favorable. I looked at other attorneys but didn't want to pay exorbitant retainers. Jay was very cost conscious and mindful of his billing. A very high priced divorce lawyer told me Jay was excellent and he would serve me well. She was absolutely correct! The strategy of settling out of court with my ex and her lawyer saved us thousands. Jay is also well respected by the courts & his fellow divorce attorneys which makes things easier. I cannot say enough great things about Jay and the way he handled my case!

I hired Jay Raxenberg as my support attorney, the fist court appearance with the magistrate and my ex and his attorney, made me feel he didn’t mind drag the case out not to mention his retainer is 5,000 just for child support case. Seems like he is trying to use oof all the retainer, plus whatever else he can get. That same morning for my support case when he found out my ex was taking me to custody he kept asking was I going to hire him for the custody case. I stated to him I was not worried about that because of my ex schedule due to work and plus he hardly is around my child. After the first court appearance I switched to attorney Jason Isaacson the best decision I made. He was very on point and knowledgeable and not trying to drag this case out, not to mention his retainer is only 3,500. My new attorney Jason Isaacson, got a lot accomplished his first time more than likely I will get some of my retainer back, when we complete this case. I also hired him for my custody case as well. Mr. Raxenberg is knowledgeable as well with family court and the laws but, he seems to excel in being even more knowledgeable at how to pro long the case. Beware MONEY HUNGRY!!! I do not recommend Jay Raxenberg as an attorney he likes to drag out his case to get all of your money plus more.

Jay Raxenberg is the best of the best! He is very professional, honest, no nonsense, and is easy to communicate with. He represented us during a horrible situation that led us into family court. I could not have asked for a better lawyer.

Where do I start? Mr. Raxenburg was such a big help during another difficult period in my life. I am so pleased to have met and worked with Mr. Raxenburg. It was by mere coincidence that stumbled on his page on google, but trust me he did not disappoint. He is super professional, knowledgeable and has great deal of experience. He is also a very charismatic and witty person, which helped me to make light during a bad situation. All in all I highly recommend him!

Truthfully, I have no shortage of amazing things to say about Mr. Raxenberg, but I do want to keep this brief. Jay is compassionate, professional, extremely responsive, kind, and most importantly ETHICAL. He guided me through what was admittedly the most difficult time in my life, and was unwavering in his support and unwillingness to compromise my integrity or his own. Most importantly Jay refused to allow my family to go down any path that would have resulted in more pain or difficulty for our children. It was a direct result of this integrity that my wife and I reconciled and our family is now doing better than we ever have. Jay is well respected by the courts and by his peers for exactly those reasons so if you enlist him as your counsel, you will absolutely have an amazing ally.
