Looking for a lawyer was not an easy task. Jay is a professional at what he does and he is very personable. Jay has helped me understand things that go along with the convoluted divorce process. Jay has also helped to defuse some of the many problems that have gone on at my household during the divorce. Jay returns calls and emails in a timely manner unless he has trials going on but still makes the effort, he also is available for any issues after hours or on weekends. He shows concern for your well being and your case but you also need to understand that this is a partnership and you must be on top of your case as well. My divorce and custody case ended in a pretty fair and reasonable settlement out of court with my ex. Jay was able to listen to my plan and successfuly negotiate with opposing counsel to get me most of what I asked for in order to settle. Now I have a lot of time with my daughter and a reasonable child support plan. I was able to save my resources and energy towards my life after divorce and my daughter instead of wasting it away in court. My divorce took a year to settle and Jay was with me all the way making me feel like I made the right choice in legal counsel during the divorce and now a friend after the divorce. Thanks Jay!
