I was in need of a real estate lawyer and Andrea Y. Lee came recommended. I reached out to her, for a seller had accepted my offer on a new house. This was all new to my wife and me, so we had many questions and even more concerns; Andrea answered every one with patience, giving us the confidence to make better decisions and scrutinize the legal materials we needed to understand and sign. Long story short while in contract, Andrea — even providing assistance to the sellers and their inexperienced lawyer so that they move things along — caught a huge red flag (i.e., a violation on the title), and in the end, we decided to walk away from the contract and the likely lemon of a house. Thank goodness for Andrea! Months later, when another offer was accepted, we didn't hesitate to contact Andrea again. We purchased our first home during the pandemic and had the worst luck of having two prior contracts falling through.
